  • Institute of Engineers (IE) student chapter plays a vital role in enabling the students to have activities of their own for improving technical and soft skills.
  • The events like presentations, quizzes, group discussions, and talk on recent technologies and tools are regularly (weekly) held.
  • The activities were planned in such a way that all students actively participate at least once in a semester.
  • These activities help to prepare and mould the students to face the interviews, develop leadership capabilities, and inculcate their soft skills.

Our Institute has joined as an Institutional member of the Institution of Engineers (India) in the year 2014, the Institutional membership number is IM000312-5. The Institution of Engineers India IE(I) CSE Students Chapter at Ramco Institute of Technology, Rajapalayam has been recognized as an authorized student chapter approved by The Institutions of Engineers (India), Kolkata, since October 2019.

  • Opportunity to participate in technical events e.g. Seminars, Symposia, Conventions, Workshops etc. organized by various IEI centres at State, National and International levels at a concessional rate of 20%.

Events Organized During 2024-2025

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Ramco Institute of Technology, Rajapalayam, in association with IE(I) CSE, organized an Industrial Expertise Session on Generative AI on 18.06.2025 for II Year CSE students. Mr. Narendra Singh Bisht, Senior Associate Data Science, Publicis Sapient, Noida, served as the resource person. The session began with a welcome address by Ms. Sriprishiga and an introduction of the speaker by Ms. Arunadevi, both II Year CSE students. The resource person provided an overview of Generative AI, demonstrating various GenAI tools and applications and explaining how generative models learn patterns from large datasets to produce coherent and contextually meaningful outputs. He elaborated on Large Language Models (LLMs), detailing next-word prediction, context-based probability, coherence maintenance, tokenization methods, embeddings, and positional encoding, along with demonstrations on how different LLMs perform tokenization. He also introduced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), explaining how it integrates retrieval mechanisms with generative modeling to produce more accurate responses, supported by a live demo. Students were given learning resources and introduced to platforms like Ollama, Hugging Face, and the OpenAI API. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A and a vote of thanks by Mr. M. Mohan Ganesh. The event was coordinated by Dr. B. Vijayalakshmi, ASP/CSE, and Ms. G. Sakthi Priya, AP/CSE, under the guidance of Dr. K. Vijayalakshmi, HOD/CSE. The session provided a comprehensive and practical introduction to Generative AI, enhancing students understanding of LLMs, tokenization, RAG, and generative AI tools.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Ramco Institute of Technology, in association with the RIT_CSE IEI Student Chapter, successfully conducted a two-day workshop titled Augment Your Imagination: Build Your AR World on April 28 and 29, 2025. The event was organized by second-year students Mr. Dharshan Sivakumar, Mr. C. Harikrishnan, Mr. N. Ramkumar, and Mr. P. Sri Pon Mathu Swasthik.A total of 46 participants, including students from 11th and 12th grades, actively engaged in the workshop, gaining hands-on experience in augmented reality (AR) development.The sessions were coordinated by Dr.M.Swarna Sudha ASP/CSE, Mrs.S.Manjula, AP(SG)/CSE, and Mrs.C.Krishnakala AP/CSE.The workshop began with an introduction to Augmented Reality (AR), where participants learned the fundamentals of AR technology, its working principles, and its real-world applications.The second session featured live demonstrations of AR projects, followed by guidance on setting up Unity and the Vuforia AR Engine.The third session provided a walkthrough of the Unity 3D Game Engine interface, and participants created a basic AR scene. The day concluded with a hands-on session, where students explored Unitys functionalities, imported assets, and built interactive scenes.The fifth session focused on developing and deploying AR applications. Students integrated AR features using Vuforia markers and learned how to test and install their apps on Android devices. In the sixth session, students worked in teams to build AR experiences using customized markers. The seventh session allowed them to fully develop and present their personalized AR applications. The workshop concluded with a feedback session, certificate distribution, and a thank-you note from the faculty coordinators. A lively Q&A session enabled students to interact directly with the resource person, Ms. P. Rajarajeswari, to clarify doubts and gain additional insights into AR technology.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Ramco Institute of Technology, in association with the RIT_CSE IEI Student Chapter, successfully conducted an event titled IdeaX: Bridging Ideas and Industry (Project Expo) on April 29, 2025. The event was efficiently organized by second-year students Mr. A. Velmurugan, Ms. K. Mythri Vaishnavi, Ms. Afridha Fathima, and Ms. P. K. Asmitha, with a total of 46 participants actively engaging in the sessions. The sessions were coordinated by Mrs. S. Vijaya Amala Devi, Assistant Professor/CSE, under the guidance of Dr. K. Vijayalakshmi, Head of the Department/CSE.A total of 15 innovative student projects were showcased, spanning across various emerging technology domains. Among these, five projects were based on Internet of Things (IoT), demonstrating applications ranging from smart agriculture to real-time monitoring systems. Six projects focused on Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Transfer Learning, highlighting capabilities in image classification, customer segmentation, and review summarization. The domain of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) was represented through three projects, offering immersive solutions such as self-driving simulations and interactive tutorials. Additionally, four projects explored Web Development, MERN Stack, Data Analytics, and Data Science, reflecting the growing importance of full-stack development and data-driven strategies. One project also delved into Generative AI, showcasing innovation in AI-powered content creation. (Note: Some projects span multiple domains.) his student-to-student interaction fostered a collaborative and engaging learning atmosphere, successfully bridging the gap between classroom learning and industry expectations.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Ramco Institute of Technology, in association with the RIT_CSE IEI Student Chapter, successfully conducted the Film Fan Frenzy on March 11, 2025, exclusively for second-year B.E. CSE students. Designed to enhance technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, the event featured an engaging and competitive quiz format that encouraged students to apply their expertise in various domains of computer science. A total of 17 students actively participated, showcasing their enthusiasm and analytical abilities. The event was efficiently coordinated by second-year students Ms. A. Sivapriya, Ms. M. Murugeswari, Ms. M. Durgadevi, and Ms. R. Krishnapriya, under the guidance of Dr. K. Vijayalakshmi, HOD/CSE, ensuring its success and fostering a dynamic learning experience.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Ramco Institute of Technology, in association with the RIT_CSE IEI Student Chapter, successfully conducted the Tech Trivia Challenge on March 4, 2025, exclusively for second-year B.E. CSE students. This event aimed to enhance students' technical knowledge and problem-solving skills through an engaging and competitive quiz format. A total of 35 students participated, demonstrating their enthusiasm and expertise in various domains of computer science. The event was coordinated by second-year students Ms. K. S. Kamali Sri, Ms. M. Durga Devi, Ms. M. Subharanjani, Ms. M. Mahalakshmi, and Ms. K. Sri Prishigaa, under the guidance of Dr. K. Vijayalakshmi, HOD/CSE.The competition saw students competing in multiple rounds, testing their knowledge in Database Management Systems (DBMS) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts. After an intense battle of intellect, the winners of the Tech Trivia Challenge were announced. The event provided a valuable learning experience, encouraging students to deepen their understanding of fundamental computing concepts while fostering a spirit of teamwork and healthy competition.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Ramco Institute of Technology, in association with the RIT_CSE IEI Student Chapter, successfully organized the National Science Day Project Exhibition 2k25 on February 28, 2025. The event provided an excellent platform for first-year, second-year, and third-year B.E. CSE students to showcase their innovative projects and research ideas. A total of 63 students actively participated in the exhibition, demonstrating their creativity and technical knowledge. The event was coordinated by Ms. A. Jeci Caramel, Ms. A. Sivapriya, and Mr. M. Mohanganesh, under the guidance of Dr. K. Vijayalakshmi, HOD/CSE, with additional support from Ms. G.Sakthi Priya(AP/CSE).The winners of the event were announced across three categories. In the First Year, the first prize was secured by A. Shanthiya, N. Yazhini, A. Antony Josna, and Jaishree, followed by A. Sameesksha in second place, and Priyadharshini P.M, Keethana S, and Thangapreethi M in third place. For the Second Year, the first prize was won by M. Aruna Devi, M. Muthumari, Dhurka Devi S, and A. Jeci Caramel, with R. Murugeswari and M. Subaranjani taking second place, and C. Hari Krishnan, N. Ram Kumar, and Dharshan Sivakumar securing third place. In the Third Year category, the first prize was awarded to Advaith K. S and Karthikeyan K, while Harini P received the second prize. The event was a great success, encouraging students to apply their theoretical knowledge to practical, real-world challenges while fostering innovation and teamwork.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering, in association with RIT-CSE-IEI StudentsChapter, organized a six-day Value-Added Course on Mastering Web Application in Hackathon from 20th to 25th January 2025 for second-year CSE students. Mr. N. Dhiraj (Batch 2020-2024), Technical Member at Zoho, served as the resource person for the hackathon event. The event was organized by II CSE students Mr. Sarveshwar, Mr. C. Hari Krishnan, Mr. Mohan Ganesh, Mr. Anish Kumar, Ms. Anu Subhiksha, and Ms. Jane Gracy, and was conducted in two sessions: from 20th to 25th January 2025 for II CSE B, and from 27th January to 1st February 2025 for II CSE A. Hackathons were held on 25th January and 1st February 2025, where Mr. Dhiraj evaluated the student projects and conducted mock interviews on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. As a result, students were shortlisted for internships at Folonite, a startup by RIT-CSE students. The course was coordinated by Dr. M. Swarna Sudha, ASP/CSE, CSE, Mrs. S. Vijaya Amala Devi, and Mrs. R. Madhu, AP/CSE, under the guidance of Dr. K. Vijayalakshmi, HOD/CSE. A total of 129 students participated in the course and got benefitted.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Ramco Institute of Technology (RIT), in association with the RIT CSE IEI Student Chapter, conducted a Value-Added Course on Arduino Programming from February 14 to 19, 2025. The course, designed for second-year B.E. CSE students, provided hands-on training in embedded systems through real-time applications.The course was conducted by: Dr. N. Pothirasan from Hashan Medicare. It covered Arduino fundamentals, sensor integration, motor control, and advanced hardware interfacing, enabling students to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. Students also explored simulation-based learning using Proteus and implemented their designs on real hardware.The event was organized by II CSE students Ms. A. Jeci Caramel, Ms. M. Subaranjani, Ms. M. Navina, Ms. A. Sivapriya, and Ms. S. Dhurka Devi, and coordinated by Dr. M. Swarna Sudha, Associate Professor/CSE, and Mrs. S. Vijaya Amala Devi, Assistant Professor/CSE, under the guidance of Dr. K. Vijayalakshmi, Professor and Head of CSE. A total of 60 students participated and benefited from the course, with the final day dedicated to project implementation.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Ramco Institute of Technology (RIT), in collaboration with the Institution of Engineers (India), successfully organized a Guest Lecture on Voice Over Interface on 16th February 2025. The session was delivered by Ms. Ashwini KEBS, Product Designer, and was coordinated by third-year students Ms. B. Hemalatha, Ms. T. Vijayalakshmi, Mr. M. Muthu Shankar, and Mr. A. S. Aravind, with enthusiastic participation from 100 second-year and third-year CSE students. The lecture covered key aspects of Voice Over Interface, including core stages of design thinking, visual principles, UI principles, prototyping and testing, user research, and journey mapping, along with real-world examples to provide practical insights. The session enhanced students' understanding of interactive voice-based systems, equipping them with knowledge on designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Ramco Institute of Technology (RIT), in collaboration with the Institution of Engineers (India), successfully organized a Value-Added Course on Salesforce Admin from January 30 to February 7, 2025. The session was coordinated by Ms. V. Aswath and Ms. V. Sakthivel, with the participation of 58 enthusiastic students of third year CSE. The course provided in-depth knowledge on Cloud Computing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and various Salesforce editions. Key topics covered included Custom Objects and Fields, Object Relationships, Lightning Apps, List Views, Record Types, Validation Rules, Roles, Permissions, Approval Processes, Automation, Reports, Dashboards, Path Settings, Email Templates, and Profiles. Expert resource persons Dr. I. Gethzi Ahila Poornima, Dr. S. Erana Veerappa Dinesh, Mr. Nandha Kumar S. K., and Mr. Piruthuvi K. led the sessions, ensuring a comprehensive blend of theoretical concepts and hands-on practical exercises.Students engaged in interactive learning through Salesforce Trailhead modules, enabling them to gain practical experience in customizing Salesforce environments, automating business processes, and managing data effectively. The training emphasized real-world applications, equipping students with essential Salesforce administration skills that are highly valued in the industry.

The RIT-CSE and IEI jointly organized a "Hands-on Workshop on ML, DL, and GenAI" from October 23-24, 2024, in collaboration with the Institution of Engineers (India). The workshop, held from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, featured Dr. Sudarsun Santhiappan, Co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer at BUDDI AI, Chennai, as the resource person, providing expert insights into advanced AI technologies.The event was coordinated by Ms. G. Sakthi Priya, Mr. K. Vignesh Saravanan, and Ms. P. Rajarajeswari, under the guidance of Dr. K. Vijayalakshmi, Head of the Department. A total of 114 enthusiastic students from CSE, IT, AI&DS and CSBS actively participated, eager to expand their skill sets in the dynamic field of artificial intelligence. Third-year students Mr. M. Poojasri and Ms. R. Saranya led the organizing team, contributing to the smooth execution of the workshop.Topics covered included AI, ML, learning functions, and Generative AI. Hands-on sessions gave students practical exposure to key techniques such as Singular Value Decomposition (SVD), Linear Classification, and performance metrics like F1 Score, Recall, and Precision, enabling them to apply these concepts in real-world scenarios.

The RIT-CSE and IEI jointly organized the "Skill Sharp Challenge" on October 21, 2024. This event aimed to enhance students' aptitude and problem-solving skills, attracting active participation from 36 enthusiastic students eager to engage in skill development. The challenge featured 25 questions on Kahoot, promoting interactive learning and collaboration. The event was coordinated by Mrs. S. Vijaya Amala Devi(AP/CSE). The organizing team, consisting of dedicated second-year students namely Mr. M. Mohanganesh, Mr. M. Sivasakthi, Mr. V. Balaji Suriya, and Mr. R. Lokesh Kannan. At the conclusion of the event, participants were recognized for their outstanding performances. The winners, Ms. P. K. Asmitha, Mr. S.Jeyaseelan, and Mr. J.Bharathraj, distinguished themselves through their exceptional skills and determination.

The Student Chapter of IEI-RIT CSE organized the "Insight paper" on October 22, 2024. This event aimed to enhance students' communication skills, attracting active participation from 29 enthusiastic students eager to engage in skill development. The organizing team, consisting of dedicated second-year students namely Ms.M.Arunadevi, Ms.K.S.Kamali Sri, Ms.A.Sivapriya,Ms. R.Sri Prishigaa. At the conclusion of the Paper Presentation Event, participants were recognized for their outstanding performances. Mr. S. Athi Venkatesh and Mr. M. Sivadharshan distinguished themselves as the winners of the event. Ms. V. Jaya Shri and Ms. T. Rakshana were awarded the second prize, while the third prize went to Ms. K. Bhavadharani and Ms. S. Subiksha, along with Ms. N. Yazhini, Ms. N. Harshini, and Ms. S. Judith Martina.

The Student Chapter of IEI-RIT CSE organized a guest lecture on "Testing Automation and Tools" on October 19, 2024.This engaging session attracted the active participation of 39 enthusiastic students and was coordinated by Mr. G. Muthupandi(AP/CSE).The organizing team comprised third-year students Mr. M. Venkadesha Harihara Pandian, Mr. R. Gokul Raj, and Mr. S. Hari Siva Balan.The guest speaker for the event was Mr. P. Sivakumar, an Associate Quality Analyst at Solartis LLC, Madurai. He shared valuable insights into the world of automated software testing, highlighting its significance in the software development lifecycle. His expertise and practical experience enriched the session, allowing students to grasp the fundamentals of testing automation effectively.

The Student Chapter of IEI, in collaboration with the RIT CSE, organized the "Design Excellence Poster Design" event on October 19, 2024, coordinated by Third-year students Ms. T. Vijayalakshmi, Ms. E. Vigneshwari, Ms. R. Saranya, and Ms. Rathina Bharghavi. 20 students of third year CSE participated in this event. The primary aim of the Poster Design Competition was to foster creativity and enhance students' skills in visual communication. The topic is Education to All. The competition was judged by Mrs. P. Devisri (AP/CSE), who provided valuable feedback to all participants. After a thorough evaluation process, the following awards were presented: First Prize to Mr. R. Saravanan, Second Prize to Ms. K. Dheetchana, and Third Prize to Ms. R. Nithya.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Ramco Institute of Technology (RIT), in collaboration with the Institution of Engineers (India), organized a "Technical Mock Interview" event on 14th October 2024. The event was coordinated by Mrs. S. Vijaya Amala Devi and was organized by the second year students Ms.A.Sivapriya, Ms. K.Priyadharshini, Ms. S.Sona, Ms. R.Hemamalini. Total of 24 students of second year CSE actively participated in the event. The Technical Mock Interview was a resounding success, contributing to the academic development of the students and fostering a culture of innovation within the department. The judges of the event was Ms.G.Shakthi Priya(AP/CSE). After a thorough evaluation of the participants, the following awards were presented: First Prize: Mr. M. Mohanganesh, Second Prize: Ms. A. Sivapriya and ,Ms. S.Nithya Sri, Third Prize: Mr. J.Bharathraj and Ms. A.Shenbagapriya.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Ramco Institute of Technology (RIT), in collaboration with the Institution of Engineers (India), hosted a successful event titled "Tech Wizardry Quiz" in 27.9.2024. The event featured the active participation of first-year students, including Ms. J. Breeta, Ms. S. Subiksha, Ms. C. M. Atchaya, Ms. P. Mary Raisa, and Ms. P. M. Priyadharshini.The quiz was divided into two rounds, designed to test the participants knowledge comprehensively. The first round comprised 30 multiple-choice questions focused on Python programming, allowing students to demonstrate their understanding of the language's fundamentals. Following this, the second round featured 10 additional questions that delved deeper into Python concepts, allowing only the most skilled participants to advance. A total of 57 students participated in the event, reflecting strong interest and engagement from the student body. After careful evaluation by the judges, the event concluded with the announcement of the winners. Mr. Nishandh S., Mr. B. Jaya Prakash, and Mr. S. Natarajansri claimed the First Prize, while Mr. P. Sharabaeswaran secured the Second Prize.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Ramco Institute of Technology (RIT), in collaboration with the Institution of Engineers (India), organized a "Debate Den" event on 21st September 2024. The event was coordinated by Mrs. S. Vijaya Amala Devi and was organized by third-year students Ms. M. Poojasri, Ms. A. Annalakshmi, Ms. J. Shamini, Ms. M. Harini, and Mr. A. S. Aravind. A total of 23 students actively participated in the event. The Debate Den aimed to enhance students' critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills. It provided a platform for participants to express their viewpoints, engage in debates, and present comprehensive discussions on relevant topics. The topic for discussion was "Society is dependent on technologies," which led to insightful debates and varied perspectives. After a thorough evaluation by the judges, the First Prize was awarded to Ms. S. Malini. Ms. S. V. Abinaya Shree secured the Second Prize, while Mr. S. Srinivasabalan won the Third Prize.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Ramco Institute of Technology (RIT), in collaboration with the Institution of Engineers (India), organized a "Film Show" event on 9th September 2024, from 11:35 PM to 12:20 PM. The event was coordinated by Ms. G. Shakthi Priya, and was organized by second-year students Ms.M.Durgadevi, Ms.S.Durka Devi, Ms.A.Jeci Carmel and Ms.A.Sivapriya. Each team, consisting of two members, was tasked with creating a 3-minute video on specific topics. Eight teams were actively participated in this event. The judging panel included Ms. G. Shakthi Priya and Mrs. S. Vijaya Amala Devi.The aim of the event was to foster creativity, enhance communication skills, and develop technical knowledge among students. After a thorough evaluation, the First Prize was awarded to the team of Ms. M. Aruna Devi and Ms. M. Muthu Mari. The team of Mr. M. Mohanganesh and Mr. C. Harikrishnan secured Second Place, while Mr. M. Athish and Mr. V. Balaji Suriya earned Third Place.

The Student Chapter of IEI and RIT CSE organized a "Paper Presentation" event on 31st August 2024. This event was organized by third-year students Ms. R. Nithya, Ms. S. Mano Bala, Ms. K. M. Hemapriyah, and Ms. A. Rathina Bhargavi. The primary objective was to provide students with an opportunity to demonstrate their research and presentation abilities. Total participants are twelve. Participants formed teams consisting of two or three members, each presenting their research findings on various innovative topics in computer science and engineering. After a rigorous evaluation by a panel of judges, the team of Ms. B. Kavya Srinidhi and Ms. B. Hemalatha emerged as the First Prize winners. The Second Prize was awarded to the team of Ms. G. Sivaranajani and Ms. S. Narmadha, while the team comprising Ms. P. Swathiga, Ms. P. Pavitrasree, and Ms. B. Siva Sundari secured the Third Prize.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Ramco Institute of Technology (RIT), in collaboration with the Institution of Engineers (India), organized a event titled "TechConnect" on 30.08.2024, organized by second-year CSE students Mr.M.Mohanganesh, Mr.R.Velmurugan, Mr,.M.Athish,Ms.R.Hemamalini and Ms.K.Priyadharshini . The event was arranged by Dr.M.Swarna Sudha, Dr.R.Venkatesh. Mrs.S.Vijaya Amala Devi and Mrs.P.Madhu.Totally 124 students are actively participated. The students were divided into two batches. Each batch consists of 62 students. One Batch went for Ramco Cements Limited and the other team went for Echo Park. First Batch visited Ramco Cements Limited in R.R Nagar Virudhunagar to understand the cement manufacturing process. The visit began with a safety briefing followed by a tour of the facility. We are grateful to Ramco Cements for this informative experience. Second Batch visited Echo Park in Virudhunagar, an eco-friendly initiative focused on sustainability and environmental conservation. The Department of CSE in association with Student Chapter of IEI CSE organized a guest lecture titled "Campus to Corporate - How HRM Facilitates the Transition" on 22.08.2024. The event was arranged by Mrs. P. Jothi Thilaga, Mrs. S. Manjula and Mr.C.A.Yogaraja. 45 Students actively participated in this event.sThe event was coordinated by the final year studends Ms.s.Swetha Sri, Ms.M.Mahesh Selvalakshmi and Mr.S.Jeya Aravind .Ms. D. Devadharshini, an HR Executive at Intronsoft, was the guest speaker. With her extensive experience in Human Resource Management (HRM), Ms. Devadharshini shared valuable insights on how HRM helps students move from an academic environment to a corporate setting. She offered practical advice on adapting to professional work environments.

The Student Chapter of IE(I)-RIT CSE successfully hosted an "Bioscope" event on August 19, 2024, organized by second-year CSE students Ms.R.Hemamalini, K.Priyadharshini, Ms. S.Sona, Ms.P.Sudharsanam and Ms.M.Divyadharshini. The event was coordinated by Mr.G.Muthupandi. Around 33 students of second year CSE actively participated in the session. The competition comprised two rounds. The first prize was awarded to Ms. K.Asmitha, Ms. P.Harini, and Ms. M. Ananthi for their outstanding performance and innovative ideas. The second prize went to Mr. V.Balaji Suriya, Mr. M.Athish, and Mr. M.Sivasakthi, while the third place was secured by Ms.M.Durgadevi, Ms.K.S.Kamalisri and Ms. A.Sivapriya.

The Student Chapter of IE(I)-RIT CSE successfully hosted an "Aptitude Test" event on August 17, 2024, organized by third-year CSE students Mr. V. Muthukrishnan, Mr. M. Sankara Narayanan, Mr. K. Thiruramkumar, and Mr. T. Arun. Around 36 students of third year CSE actively participated in the session, which featured 15 questions. The first prize was awarded to Mr.R.Ramkumar for their outstanding performance and innovative ideas. The second prize went to Ms.M.Poojasri, while the third place was secured by Ms. P.Harini.

The Student Chapter of IE(I)-RIT CSE successfully hosted an event titled "Hint Hunt" on August 12, 2024. The event was organized by second-year CSE students Mr. M. Mohanganesh, Ms. P. K.Asmitha , Ms.K.Kamali Sri, and Ms.A.Sivapriya. Approximately 39 students of second year CSE participated actively in the session, which featured two rounds, each consisting of 10 questions, with teams of three members. The first prize was awarded to Ms. M. Aruna Devi, Ms. M. Muthumari, and Ms. M. Durgadevi for their exceptional performance and innovative ideas. The second prize went to Mr. N. S. Kathirvel, Mr. R. Velmurugan, and Mr. R. Anish Kumar, while Ms. N. S. Janani Sri, Ms. S. Rasiga, and Ms. K. Mahalakshmi secured the third place.
