The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science of Ramco Institute of Technology, in association with Neoterical and the Analytics Society of India, organized a workshop on Power BI on Saturday, 09 August 2025.The resource person for the session was Mr. Alageswaran, Business Analyst, Solaritus Software Pvt. Ltd., Madurai, who shared valuable insights on data visualization, dashboard creation, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI. A total of 120 students took part with great interest, acquiring valuable knowledge through interactive sessions and hands-on demonstrations led by the expert The event was coordinated by Dr. S. Selva Birunda and Mrs. B. Revathi, with Dr. E. Mariappan serving as the Organizing Secretary, under the guidance of Dr. M. Kaliappan, Head of the Department. Student coordinators A. Harikrishnan and S. A. Thaarun Kumar played a key role in organizing the workshop.The workshop provided participants with hands-on experience and practical applications, enhancing their understanding of data analytics and visualization techniques.
