Dr. R. Venkatesh, Associate Professor & Head, CSE (AIML), has been recognized as an NPTEL Believer for the JulDec 2025 session by NPTEL, IIT Madras. This distinction is awarded to candidates who consistently demonstrate dedication to continuous learning by completing and passing multiple NPTEL courses in a single cycle.
Dr. R. Venkatesh, Associate Professor & Head, Department of CSE (AIML), has successfully completed two NPTEL online certification courses with exceptional performance. He Completed the course "Mobile Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence" offered by IIT Mandi, securing an Elite certification with a consolidated score of 85% and achieving a Topper 5% ranking and also excelled in the course "The Joy of Computing using Python" offered by IIT Madras, earning an Elite certification with a remarkable consolidated score of 92% and attaining Elite + Gold Status.
Dr. R. Venkatesh, Associate Professor & Head, CSE (AIML), has successfully completed multiple NPTEL certifications offered by premier IITs. He secured Elite recognition in Introduction to Programming in C (IIT Kanpur) with a score of 63%, and achieved Elite status in Introduction to Machine Learning (IIT Kharagpur) with a score of 65%.
Dr. Venkatesh R has successfully earned the Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) credential, demonstrating strong expertise in managing and configuring Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 environments. This globally recognized certification validates his skills in essential Linux system administration, including user and security management, storage configuration, networking, process control, and system operational tasks.
