The department of EEE, conducted a one-day online workshop on Tinkercad for Tomorrows Technologists for school students on 24.05.2024. The faculty members, Dr. A. Arun Kumar, AP(SG)/EEE and Mrs. S. Jeyanthi, AP(SG)/EEE from Ramco Institute of Technology, Rajapalayam handled the sessions. Totally 25 school students attended the course.
The department of EEE, conducted a one-day online Hands on Training on the topic Electronic Simulator for Project Explorers for school students on 10.05.2024. The faculty members Mrs. S. Sharmila Kumari, AP/EEE, and Mrs. G. Sivapriya, AP/EEE from Ramco Institute of Technology, Rajapalayam handled the sessions. Totally 37 school students attended the course.
The department of EEE, conducted a one-day online workshop on Office Automation for school students on 03.05.2024. The faculty members, Dr. K. Karthikeyan, Professor/EEE, Mr. E. Thangam, AP(SG)/EEE, and Mrs. S. Sharmila Kumari, AP/EEE, from Ramco Institute of Technology, Rajapalayam handled the sessions. Totally 61 school students attended the course.
The department of EEE, conducted a two-day Online Course on Entertaining Easy Electric Circuit for school students on 26.04.2024. The faculty members Dr. K. Karthikeyan, Professor/EEE, Dr. A. Arun Kumar, AP(SG)/EEE, Mrs. S. Sharmila Kumari, AP/EEE, and Mrs. G. Sivapriya, AP/EEE, AP/EEE from Ramco Institute of Technology, Rajapalayam handled the sessions. Totally 63 school students attended the course.
The department of EEE, conducted a one-day Hands-on Training on the topic Electronic Simulator for Project Explorers for school students on 05.05.2023. The faculty members Mrs. S. The main objective of this course is to create and educate the importance of MS Office and Photoshop study among the student community. The faculty members Dr. K. Karthikeyan, ASP/EEE, Mr. E. Thangam, AP(SG)/EEE and Ms. S. Sharmila Kumari, AP/EEE from Ramco Institute of Technology, Rajapalayam were handled the sessions. Totally 73 school students were attended the course.
The department of EEE, conducted a two-day Online Workshop on Sensors and Displays for school students from 17.06.2022 to 18.06.2022. The main objective of this course is to create and educate the importance of engineering among the student community. The faculty members Mr. A. Arun Kumar, AP/EEE, Mr. D. Karthik Prabhu, AP(SG)/EEE, Mr. A. S. Vigneshwar, AP/EEE, Mrs. S. Jeyanthi, AP/EEE, Ms. S. Sharmila Kumari, AP/EEE and Mrs. G. Sivapriya, AP/EEE from Ramco Institute of Technology, Rajapalayam were handled the sessions. Totally 54 school students were attended the course.

The department of EEE, conducted a two days Online Course on "Sensors and Displays" for school students from 26.05.2021 to 27.05.2021. Totally 74 school students of classes XII, XI, X and others were attended the course. The sessions were handled by faculty members of EEE department.
The department of EEE, conducted a two day Online Course on the topic FUN with Electric Circuits for school students. The slot 1 is from 12.05.2021 to 13.05.2021and slot 2 is from 19.05.2021 to 20.05.2021. The main objective of this course is to create and educate the importance of engineering study among the student community. The faculty members from Department of EEE were handled the sessions. The total no. of participants registered was 494 out of which 34 students studying +2, 76 students studying +1, 151 students studying 10th, and 233 participants were pursuing 7th, 8th, 9th, and diploma.
Department of EEE conducted a two days Online Course on "Sensors and Displays" for school students from 25.05.2020 to 26.05.2020. Totally 68 school students of classes XII, XI, X, and others have attended the course. The sessions were handled by faculty members of the EEE department.
Department of EEE conducted three days Online Course on "FUN with Electric Circuits" for school students from 11.05.2020 to 13.05.2020. Totally 180 school students of classes XII, XI, X, and others have attended the course. The sessions were handled by faculty members of the EEE department.
The One-week finishing school program on Hands-on Training on Arduino Programming and Hardware was organized by the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Ramco Institute of Technology, Rajapalayam during April 22 26, 2019. This program was conducted for school students of class IX, X, XI, and XII. 74 students from 14 schools attended the program. During training, Design of basic circuits using a breadboard, Introduction to Arduino and Hardware Features of Arduino Boards, how to Program Arduino, Demonstration of LED, Buzzer, LDR and Switch Interface with Arduino, Serial monitor, Introduction to sensors, Interfacing of sensors with Arduino, Introduction of LCD interface with Arduino were taught to the students by Mr. A. Arun Kumar, AP/EEE, Mrs. S. Jeyanthi, AP/EEE and Ms. S. Sharmila Kumari, AP/EEE. In the last day of the program, to check their competence in Arduino Programming, mini-project contest was conducted for the students.
